(1) The work, duties and powers of the Selection Committee shall be as follows:-

(a) The concerned university and academic Obtaining the details of the examination results taken from the institution,

(b) According to clause (a) and the candidate's educational qualification and reservation-related evidence to maintain the merit order towards general and reservation To do,

(c) to recommend the name of the candidate to the Ministry of Education for nomination to the scholarship,

(d) If the details as per clause (a) are not available and the order of merit cannot be maintained as per clause (b), to recommend to the Ministry of Education to send to the Scholarship Allocation Committee as per prevailing law related to civil service for nomination to such scholarship or to make other appropriate arrangements,

(e) To prepare a draft of the code of conduct regarding the selection of candidates for the scholarship and submit it to the scholarship determination committee,

(h) monitoring the examination conducted in connection with the scholarship,

( (j) To follow the policy instructions given by the scholarship determination committee,

(j) To do other necessary actions related to the selection of candidates for the scholarship.
